Background to The Brain Charity

The Brain Charity offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends and carers.
There are hundreds of different neurological conditions including stroke, brain tumour, brain injury, Alzheimer’s disease and many rarer conditions. We are there for every single one of them.

Our Carers Advocacy service walks side-by-side with Carers through the difficult and often challenging issues they face.

Delivering practical help in key areas such as welfare benefits, legal advice and social care is a key part of The Brain Charity’s work and we are extremely proud to be able to offer a highly professional and sought after advocacy service to Carers living right across Liverpool.
